At my work we have a tradition of replying to co-workers emails about why they are going to be late with images relating to their reason.  If you are out sick, you will usually be inundated with picture of people in gas masks.

Today the admin is coming in at 11 because she had to take her cat to the vet.  Here are some of the pictures that ensued.
