Culinary Bucket List: Knife skills class

Henry Molina of Mission Chinese Food in NY gives an awesome knife tutorial via animated GIF.

There are few things I have on my Culinary Bucket list such as eating friend chicken at Ad Hoc in Napa, turducken in Louisiana, learning on how to smoke/grill a good tri-tip and taking a knife skills class.  Henry Molina of Mission Chinese Food in New York and FirstWeFeast.com and have brought me one step closer to improving my knifery with an interesting knife tutorial all done via animated GIF.  Rather than a long video tutorial they have broken up different components of cutting such as dicing into smaller blocks of action that repeat over and over.  It is a pretty unique and clean way of seeing the intricate movements needed to make uniform slices and dices.  Hopefully, they will keep this up with additional kitchen tutorials.
